    I am very upset, and incredibly frustrated as a genuinely loyal customer.

    I will say, right off the bat, there are plenty of times in my life that I have deserved a ban. I have been rude, thoughtless, and just a real jerk. I will be the first to admit that I am wrong, I have never had a problem with that!

    However when receiving my ban on November 12th for 2 weeks, I was not happy. I had felt like I had been making positive strides towards improving my in game behavior, and had even been getting a lot of positive feedback from fellow players in Overwatch,
    a game I love that thrives on communication. I did have two out bursts that were not particularly savory, but I was not sure if it was warrenting a ban. So I reviewed my case. In my review I was not rude to enforcement, I simply asked them how it was that
    I was receiving a console level ban for my comments.

    They replyed,, informing me that it was not too extreme, which is fine, I can take responsibility for being a jerk., However, they then added an additional 100 days communication ban at console level. The additional 100 day ban is not up for review and is
    not available for me to even see on my enforcement page, I could only find information on this suspension through the reply the agent gave me on my case review.

    So in reviewing my case I get my ban extended, when I simply ask why it is that I am banned?

    Below is my case review, that I guess I should not have sent. I do not deserve 100 day ban for this nonsense, and I am about fed up with Microsoft at this point. Which is frustrating to say because I have been a very loyal xbox supporter for most of my gaming
    life. I really hope we can work this out. I understand I made a mistake in using those words as this may sound mean to other gamers, especially children
    , and I will try to be mindful in the future next time.

    their parents are probably divorced? Either of these are understandable

    to receive a chat ban, but to ban every account on my xbox as well is

    not fair. My friends cant access their accounts and we share this

    console. No where does it state all accounts on this xbox are to be

    banned, and a 2 week full ban for some pretty mild trash talk is

    ridiculous.

    i have tried contacting the enforcement team through every avenue i could think of but i recently got a comms ban thanks to my child acting up on live. I was issued a 14 day communications ban. Randomly 3 days into my ban i can no longer play online without
    any thing saying any thing about an additional ban being added. Is there anyway to talk to someone from the enforcement team? I would just like to know if theres something else ive done in the past that led to this. I dont cheat on anything i may anger little
    kids that spam report me cause i spend to much time playing but there is nothing I've done that should earn me not being able to play any more that i know of. Please help. Thank you.

    Unfortunately the enforcement team does not look at these forums they only handle inquiries through their website at enforcement.xbox.com and per the review representative 100 day bans do not qualify for reviews.

    Also they do put suspensions on consoles when there is a history of an account having enforcement activity on it that way the person with the enforcement action can not just make up another account and then play on that one while their suspension is ongoing
    on another account.

  5. I was specifically told through Xbox support that enforcement checks here, and that they did not understand why I could not appeal the ban. It’s a ban I can’t appeal that I only got for inquiring about my original ban in the first place. It’s basically a
    “don’t ask questions” from Microsoft. I am aware that console bans exists, and I’m aware of why they exist.

    This whole thing is a joke. ive been a loyal Xbox customer for 11 years and I can’t imagine I’ll buy another Microsoft product again. I receive an un appealable ban and I only received it once I questioned the ban.

    10 year old kids run around in game screaming the Nword and making rape jokes , but send me straight to hell for saying “puss”.

  6. Somehow my reply to this post got smashed into my original post.(edit : no it didn’t it just didn’t post) Anyway this is nonsense, I’ve been pro Microsoft my entire lgaming life. Y’all can bet I will be cancelling my Xbox Live sub, selling this junk and
    buying a ps4.

    I ask questions about my ban, and receive a longer ban that I can’t appeal. Absolute garbage way to treat a customer that’s been paying for their service for 10 years. You could at least have a system to hear out customers in a fair manner.

    Stop breaking the rules it's that simple

    Psn enforces the same rules you aren't helping yourself by not correcting the bad behaviour

    You would've been suspended for previous violations found during the course of the other investigation

    A suspension doesn't cancel out previous violations it's real.simple 99.9 % of all online players can keep it clean why can't you?

    You received the 100 day suspension because during the course of the investigation of your case review the enforcement team found multiple other violations of the ToU/CoC you had committed.

    Previously you would of been permanently banned but now you get 100 day suspension which is basically your last chance.

    It's nothing to do with a "don't ask questions" policy,it's because of the multiple violations of the rules you had committed.

    Phone/chat support do not deal with enforcement matters & often tell people top post on the forums when they shouldn't.

    Just because you have been a paying customer for a certain amount of time does not make you exempt from the rules.

    Fell free to buy a PS4,no one cares whether you do or not but be aware that the rules are the same on PSN although you don't get as many chances there if you violate their ToU/CoC.
