Extra account doesnt sync from aywhere to xbox one?

Yeah thats it!

i think somehow my xbox one acount has been getting messages but people on the game ark see my GT from xbox anywhere. But for some reason i cannot reply them with that anywhere acount i even see all other players from the games we all play on the main
acount wich is on Xbox one .I got no clue how i can get this acount into xbox one, so that i can get my character/and saved data in sync.. Now i am trying to get the xbox companion onto another good laptop wich actually instantly displayed my main acount
... im realy confused tho haha this issue started when xbox anywhere or former app became the companion.. the new acount is not on the xbox one console tho wich makes it hard for me to understand, as i get messages from the game on that specific GT wich
is not beeing displayed on the xbox one.

Now i tryed to add the new acount into xbox one but that just gives me a new gt and not the one i have under that email adress.

Thank you for providing that insight, In regards to not being able to send messages, I believe that this has something to do with your
Xbox Live Privacy and online safety
settings.

You can do this by following these simple steps on your PC:

1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (this must be an adult account).
2. Select your gamertag.
3. Select Xbox settings. If you don't see this option, select
   More links and then select Xbox settings.
4. Select Privacy & online safety.
5. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy
   tab. Review the current settings and update any that you want to change.
6. Select Save before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't save the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

This should give you the flexibility to send messages on Xbox Live on your new account.

Now as far as getting the account that you are playing Xbox Play Anywhere [XPA] games on, if you manage to sign into you using these steps, you should then be able to add your account on the Xbox One console using the same email and password you just used
to configure your account

I have been trying to adjust the privacy settings etc, but even with adding my phone number it doesnt alow me to msg on xbox. this is for the acount i made new for myself.

I did however found an new issue wich clearly has been my bad. I thought my 2nd acount was a sub acount under this main acount. tho making this acount it used another microsoft acount thus not the one registrated as my main acount. So now i know to setup other
microsoft acount it now adds it and syncs to xbox only issue i need to try and figure out then is how to msg people again. will have a new look into the solutions given and let you know. Thnx so far! i been busy all night but atleast it gave me a new opening
on solutions.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

Just to clarify, you would like to continue being able to play games on your Xbox One, and your PC, but you are unable to, because you account is not being recognized on your Xbox One, so you cannot sync your save data.

Is that correct? Can you elaborate on this? Are you able to add your new account to your console or is it already on your console but you cannot sync your save data?

We would like to clarify a few things mentioned within the original post, such as the mention of a Xbox Play Anywhere account, and an Xbox account. These would both be considered the same, as they are both Microsoft accounts, but as you have mentioned are
different Microsoft accounts entirely.

In this case, you have one Microsoft account on a Windows 10 PC, and another on an Xbox One console. It seems the account causing trouble is the one that is active on the Xbox Console Companion app, and so we suggest that you attempt following our
