every time I try to access my game saves it takes 10 times as long to try and load then when it gets to 99% it stalls, for the last time 6 hours. But if I turn off the wifi the games will load and play. (I have to start over though)

What means this? Can you explain better your issue please?

The thing is there are only 2 game saves that I am trying to play. These are the same speeds I have always had. And have never played offline except to test the workings of the games. One is off a disk (loaded to internal hard drive) the other is a downloaded
game to hard drive.

I don't know how it works but if too many people are playing and my upload speeds are slow do I get bumped off?

When you turn off wifi, you play offline, so you can use the local version of the save games, but when you reconnect online the console try to synch local savegames with Microsoft Cloud.

Using wifi instead of ethernet and a low upload (as you mentioned) of 0,8-1,8 is a bad combination (IMO).

Probable you have played so long offline that you local savegames are numerous and bigger, the console need time to synch them all.
