    Hallo

    Ich habe jetzt schon seit ca. einem Jahr eine Externe Festplatte für meine XBox ich hatte nie probleme mit dieser Festplatte. Doch die letzten Tage spinnt diese herum. Wenn ich ein Spiel was auf der Externen Festplatte Installiert ist spielen will schließt
    sich nach einer gewissen Zeit das Spiel und es steht unten in einem grauen Fenster Externe Festplatte bereit. Ich habe auch schon versucht diese Spiele neu zu installieren aber dies bringt sich auch nichts. Ich habe die Externe Festplatte auch schon an meinen
    Computer angeschlossen und es war alles in Ordnung. Ich habe schon alles mögliche versucht aber nichts hat wirklich geholfen kann mir vielleicht irgendjemand einen Tipp geben wie ich diesen Fehler beheben kann.

    Sorry to hear it. Please first try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. While it's off unplug the drive and plug it into a different USB port.

    If this does not work then you may have to try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.
