Maybe. I researched the problem and most of the time it was solved by completely formatting the disk. Maybe this works but the file on the hard drive will be lost.

Non that appear. There are no messages that pop up, and the copy operations say it can't and asks if I'd like to Try Again or Skip it.

I didn't get a screenshot, but I'm thinking the drive is having issues.
