    External Storage Not Registering on XBOX ONE


    I purchased a POSS Portable Storage System "aVolusion" HD250U3-Z1 500GB (XBOX FORMATTED) however it is not being recognized by my XBOX. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting exercises posted on the XBOX Support guide however it's still not registering.
    Has anyone had this issue and if so can it be resolved?

    i see a lot of bad reviews for that exact drive as they sell them pre configured for ps4 or xbox one, most of the reviews are either it didnt work or failed after a month or so, if it is not being detected via xbox i would send it back for a refund.

    If the DLC isn't being registered at all, the issue may come down to your current storage option. Are you using an external or internal storage device? If you're saving externally, try moving that content to internal storage to see if there's a change. Alternatively,
    try downloading the content onto a different external device.
