    My xbox don't detected my external storage. I have already used it with my xbox. My other USB accesories was no detected (USB key of guitar hero live, USB key, hard driver and hard driver with xbox game).

    please help me because i can't play with all my game.

    Hey there, justice!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with your hard drive being detected! It sounds like USB devices in general aren't being recognized. If that's correct, be sure you are trying a different port on the console. However, if those aren't working either, a

    factory reset     might get this resolved for you.

    If that doesn't help, then you will need to get your console repaired or replaced. You can do that through our
    Device Support page.
