    Hi, after having a KESU USB3.0 320GB External Storage Device for over a year it has suddenly stopped being detected by the XBOX. It has all my games on it. I’ve done what was suggested on the XBOX Support and even reset my XBOX (keeping games and apps).
    It fits all the requirements. I’ve put it in every USB port and restarted my XBOX countless times. I can’t play my games, please help.

    Hi there,

    just to be sure, are the games installed on the internal storage device or an external storage device?

    If they are installed on an external storage device, please try and see what happens if the game is installed on the internal storage device and the external storage device is disconnected.

    For a bit of extra information: does any other device recognize the the external drive? If you plug it in a PC can it be detected? And did you try another cable?

    Even if you don't touch it it can suddenly break down so maybe this isolate the problem more.

    [/quote]Theres a cover on the right hand end, towards the back. Remove it carefully, and you will see a tab thing, give it a fairly firm tug, and out will pop the harddrive. Then just pop the new one in, making sure to push it in firmly, and away you
    go. Shopto sell the official 250gb hdd i believe.

    Again, like hard drives, not all USB memory sticks work on 360 either.
