External login problems in epic games

I login to epic games through my microsoft account and when i try to login on my computer it tells me "There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system. please contact support. and when
i login to my xbox it wont let me sign in either. does anyone know what my problem is?

customer support directly, so that they can both review your account and provide account specific troubleshooting.

Yes sure . I am facing some external login problem in epic games . Actually yesterday there was an option in fortnite to link up but by mistake I had pressed in skip this and pressed just play .so After that I am not able see any skins .then I try to login
they said that do external login.

therefore I request you to solve my problem .pls hepl me with it
