External HDD Support?

Nothing yet, but do to the impulse announcement this week, they could reveal it at any moment.

I am in the preview program and heard that the recent update is to prep for a larger one. Which could be the HDD update, they say it is coming.

Is there any news on the External HDD Support for the dwindling HDD space on the Xbox One?

There's been quite a bit of talk about it on Twitter this morning so looking good.

 

Its a legit source, so I guess now we just wait for the official announcement : )

 

Well OXM tweeted about 1/2 hour ago that BIG news incoming in next hour so could be something to do with this?

good news ! im 140gb left and with GFG coming to XB1 ill need more than 500gb ... oh and at least 10 games ill defo be getting before the year ends ... saves me deleting and reinstalling !

 

External HDD support will be in the next update for sure.

Yeah I agree on the 500 - 700 drive. I need one now. I have space for 1 more game and I am full

Now you need an external drive? Dumb. Why not put in 2TB and be done with it. I don't want another drive hanging off my game console. Dumb.

 

^Mine will be at the back, it won't be seen, it's no biggie. It's also optional, you don't need to get one, you can delete to create space.
