After connecting an external USB 3.0 HD Sansung M3 XBOX ONE is very slow to start the first time. You need to restart it, this is very annoying and so removed the HD. How to solve this?

    Very very very slow download

There is no service alert out, well not according to Xbox.com.

I signed out of Xbox LIVE about 1 hour ago after downloading 2 games and didn't have no issues so I don't think it's the servers.

Have you checked the status of your broadband provider or run a speed test just to make sure everything is ok your end?

Try doing a hard reset of the console by holding the power button down on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet then plug back in and power back on. Hopefully this will resolve this issue your having.
