External Hard Drive Support

Discus and support External Hard Drive Support in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just bought a Seagate 2 TB external and it works on every device in my house except for the Xbox.     I just bought a Seagate 2 TB external and it works on every device in my house except for the Xbox.

    Anyone have a Seagate that works? Or what brand/models do you have that work so I can look into getting one.

    What hypothetical feature/accessory would you like to see on the Xbox One?

    I'd like to see Oculus Rift support, built in recording video/streaming services, and maybe native USB support for something like an external hard drives.

    Seems to be different skus of the Seagate lineup. I happened to get the Expansion line and not the Backup which I have seen one other person use successfully on the forums.

    I just bought this new seagate 500 GB external hard drive and when i configured it, it only lets me use 31.9 Gb out of the 500
