    External hard drive not working since the new update


    Hi, I think my xbox updated overnight and I got the new features from it such as HDR Game Calibration and voice chat individual player volume control, but

    now my xbox can't recognise my hard drive with some games on it. It used to be called 'Game drive' and had about 150GB of 1TB space free but now it shows up like this.(image)

    I tried restarting and replugging but nothing happened.

    I guess the only thing that fixes this is to re-format the drive.

    All games and other data will be deleted though :(

    I am having trouble with my external hard drive on my xbox one and ever since that new update my xbox one wont recognize that my external hard drive is plugged in I have tried the trouble shooting steps and nothing seems to work and my external hard drive
    is a 3.0 Toshiba external drive is this problem going to be fixed before its released to the general public because I want to play my games that are saved to that drive can anyone tell me if this problem is even being looked into at all

    Since the new Dashboard update many Hard drive and external devices will not update.. Sadly i lost out 400$ on a 8TB Harddrive cause of it
