External Hard Drive not working after update.

Update:

I moved my second external to a different USB port and I now see it, not sure what happened there.

Can anyone advise how I can move games from my Internal Drive to my External Drive post-update (it used to be soooo easy.)

 

Same issue exactly. Drive was working and then suddenly it wasn't after the update. Any update on this patch?

 

This thread is kinda getting old please avoid bumping into them in the future thank you.

It's a CURRENT issue that's NOT been resolved.

It'll be bumped until Microsoft FIX it.

I trust this clarifies.

I am having this same issue. I contacted tech support a week ago and they said a patch was coming but one has not. I am tired of not being able to play my games. I am a preview program member but I will be opting out because the program seems to have caused
this issue.

Does anyone know if this is actually being worked on and have an ETA on when we could see a fix??? I'm tired of not being able to use my external drive!

 

Support can't provide an estimated time of release they'll let you know as soon as they get word of what will happen please be patient

 

We are trying to be patient but when we can't acess most of our games and now have to play the delete game just to install new games, it is getting out of hand. All a dev has to do is say "Yes we are working on it", I don't want to hear it from anyone else
but a dev and I know they do comment on things because I see them on twitter. I am seeing updates for many other things except the ones that matter.

 

Developers only really post big things / changes that are happening they don't let the public know about what new patches are coming out for the console all they say is "bug fixes or stability".

And dev's don't post on the forums any way's to really know what is being released next go check here.
