External Hard drive not connecting

Discus and support External Hard drive not connecting in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I also have had this issue with a Seagate hd as of 2-21-16 I assume it has to do with the issues live has been having with the rollout of the latest...     I also have had this issue with a Seagate hd as of 2-21-16 I assume it has to do with the issues live has been having with the rollout of the latest update. Any solutions for this yet? I've already contacted support which knew nothing and never called back
    after being disconnected.

    Yes, I have an external hard drive connected to my Xbox, and the game appears to be installed on the external hard drive.

    If you have an external hard drive connected via USB disconnected and it performs a power cycle, check for the same error without connecting the external hard drive

    If u have a external hard drive connected you could of downloaded the game twice check your Xbox hard drive and external hard drive then just delete the duplicate I had the same thing happen with my and gta
