    EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE NOT BEING DETECTED RIGHT AFTER PATCH


    What is wrong with this patch it's awful, is there any way to fix this now or am I s crewed? External hard drive that I watch all my movies and shows on is not working/being detected on my Xbox One now.

    After Update External Drive Not Detected

    After the most recent update my one x will not detect my external hard drive unless I hard reset. I don’t want to have to do this every time and it worked perfectly before the updated on 2/10.

    I had this happen to me last night. I unplugged the external, counted to 10 (while hopping on my left leg, my right hand holding the drive behind my head, my left arm flapping up and down like a bird in flight) plugged it back in, everything fine. *NOTE:everything
    in parenthesis may not be required, but seemed cool at the time.

    My HDD worked fine after update. Try what Burnin said, and if that doesn't work I would try connecting that to your PC.

    I connected to my PC multiple times and it works, I watch movies, tv shows on it. Don't use it for storage.

    Depends did you download a patch when you attached the drive if so that eould.be why you installed the smart delivery patch for the game

    Those patches are for internal storage only

    The patch would've told you they were HD textures OR PERFORMANCE update
