    External Hard Drive Issues

    I have a black 500 gb external and a green 2tb external

    The black one works fine

    The Green one is a f$#k up I can't copy/move/install anything onto it and if it does work it works for like 5 minutes and then it messes up. I've been dealing with this for a couple years now and I'm tired of it. I need a fix or I'm buying a new one. NEED HELP ASAP

    Having the same issues. Could be something to do with the external hard drive maybe, not had time to troubleshoot yet though.

    Some ideas to try maybe?

    1. Make the Xbox One drive the primary drive, while the external drive is still plugged in

    2. Try with the external hard drive unplugged

    No idea if this will make a difference, but this issue only started for me since I got an external drive. Unless others are having the same issue with no external hard drive?

    Do you have an External hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted External hard drive may cause issues as well.
