External "Halo" Edition SSD/Halo Edition Series X issue

Ok both the Series X and the Seagate 5 TB External SSD are Halo Edition. [ the plan was to make the Series X captures and video: the External 5 TB SSD for games and apps] The Series X wouldn't recognize the Seagate 5 TB Ext., SSD, so to play I had to put games/apps to Series X internal and I only downloaded a combined total of 10. Did I miss the secret password to get what is supposed to be? I never got an error message, notification on screen.....nothing. Help?

I unplugged the External SSD and plugged it back in and now all is good. Moving all games and apps to the external as of this reply.

Hi Aryotus, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Usually, for cases like this, a simple power cycle will fix the issue. Here you go:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

I got the Halo Editions for th 360 (Reach and Halo 4 or 5) and the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition.

I hope they will have a Halo edition of the next generation of Xbox. Would get that on day one ;-)
