    External drive not found


    I connected my Samsung T3 500gb SSD via usb to play some windows media compatible codecs music.

    In system back up my settings/Storage device. I keep getting this message External drive not found.

    I've reformatted the drive unplugged, re plugged, power reset xboxonex, nothing is working.

    I cannot view files on it there is no format option in the xboxonex.

    To listen music or play videos, the HDD must be formatted in FAT32/NTFS (not exFat). However it happened to me once, the HDD was not recognized, I

    cleared the cache     and the HDD was recognized.

    Good news, I found a workaround by transferring the game to an external drive.
