You just.can't use unlicensed.third party devices

If you want to add your third party devices you ask them to support consoles not console makers

Consoles only produce the official channels of support

Whenever your third party device actually willing to support you by providing compatible devices is upto them.not console.makers.as console makers don't own them

Are the Netflix and Disney Plus Apps installed on the TV itself (so the TV is the actual sound source), or are you using an external device for these Apps (like a Fire-TV Stick or other set-top box connected to the TV)?

You might have to contact Samsung support, so they could tell you if it's possible at all to get Atmos returned to the sound bar from an external HDMI source.

Sorry for the issue with your audio on games. We recommend one of the games you are having an audio issue with, install it on the internal HD. Then unplug the external and try the game see if it still has audio issues. This will test to see if it the external
HD or the Xbox.
