    My account was suspended while my 10 yr old brother used my xbox live account

    I have already filed for a case review which was still upheld. I'm very aggravated by the decision and if I'm not able to communicate with others by the end of today I will sell my xbox one and cancel my membership with microsoft. So i'll leave it up to
    y'all, this is absurd, I explained in the case review that I will be applying a password sign in for my account so that my brother won't be able to use my account anymore. So that solves the issue, now if y'all can please allow me to communicate with my friends,

    +1. Having problems connecting to Live as we speak and my 30mb broadband connection is fine. Plus the dashboard functionality is really slow too. Eg to test the network connection took 3 or 4 mins!! What is going on??

    I just wish it would put you in a new session INSTEAD of defaulting to single player. That is so aggravating!
