Extending a Minecraft Realm

I want to extend my realm. I have only 4 days left. I extended it last time in April. It was very easy in Minecraft. Now it is not possible anymore. The windows wich was shown in April is not available. I can not extend the realm half a year and the only
way is a monthly subscription.

I go on manage subscription:

Then I click extend and this is shown:

I tried it to use this option, but the remaining time is still 4 days.

What am I doing wrong? Can anybody help me?

My bank card is from Cambodia and it's not in the list of "this site in other country/region." Does this also mean that i'll have to talk to support?

I had a similar issue and the only quick way to sort it out was to contact support. The agents are very friendly and helpful

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get around this error you're running into.

If your card is not from a supported region, then that could definitely be the issue, but it would behoove you to reach out to support too to make sure that that is the problem. Not only can they help you try to add one that would work or perhaps give you
a little more specific info on which are viable .

When you get a chance, contact them and let us know if that helped.

First make sure that the page you're using to pay for your extension matches the country of your payment option (for example, if you have a bank card/credit card from Great Britain, make sure you are using the UK website, not the US-English website).

If the error message still shows up, go to
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and click on the "Billing & Accounts" icon (the person icon with the cogwheel).

If the virtual agent shows up, click on "See other options" under the green button.

Click on "Payment & Billing" on the left, and at the bottom, click on "Show contact options".

Depending on the time of day and the times of operations of the support in your country, you will then see several tiles to contact support.

You can either choose to use a text based chat to talk to support, or request a callback, where a support agent will call you, so you don't have to wait in a phone loop.

Creating a Minecraft Realm requires that you have a Mojang account with a Minecraft profile. If you don't yet own Minecraft, you can purchase it from our
store. If you have an old Minecraft account,
and still log in with your username, you need to migrate to a Mojang account to use Realms.

You can purchase or extend a Minecraft Realm from your account page. Alternatively, your subscription settings can be found in-game by selecting your Realm,
clicking Configure, then clicking Subscription.
