Extended Suspension

I have been banned the past 2 weeks and i supposedly got my ban lifted today (July,18th) and I still can't participate in parties do to my "privacy settings". As it turns out I'm not fully unbanned until the 13th of October, all I wanna do is communicate
with my friends. I'm done doing what ive done in the past. I'm here to request a full lift on my ban if it's possible, thank you.

I got a com ban for 15days that was supposed to end today earlier.. On xbox.enforcement.com i have no active enforcement or restrictions, but i still cant send message or join or talk to anyone. This problem is active on my account that got banned AND on
every account used on my console. I tried with my cousin's account and still cant. Can anyone help me with that? (the suspension is lifted)

how did you see it was extended , I have the same problem but can't see on the enforcement site that it was extended as all my bans are over!

 

yeah I'm the same it has no dates at all as all bans are finished but I still can't communicate or play fifa
