Extended Gold for Rocket League during promo, still haven't received it

I purchased an extension for my xbox live several months ago during this promo

Rocket League Coming to Xbox One X .

It is valid for Canadians

and valid for people that bought the subscription through their xbox dashboard

I've yet to be awarded the game. I've talked to chat 5 times including opening a support ticket. My ticket told me that I was excluded from the promo since it was for only silver account upgrades. This is not the case as I have also confirmed from chat support
separately that I should have been credited with the code for the game.

I've opened a ticket here by request from my chat rep as well as opened a ticket with Psyonix regarding the code.

I'm disappointed that this process has taken as long as it had.

Rocket League code missing (signed up for XBL Gold on June 29)

I signed up for XBox Lve Gold during the Rocket League promotion on June 29. A Rocket League code should be sent by July 31. I still not received the code.

To start out, did you purchase Xbox Live through your console or did you purchase a pre-paid code?

 

I purchased through my console

As a small side note I contacted psyonix about the issue as my last MS rep asked me to do and they told me I had to go through MS and there is nothing they can do on their end.

 

Are there any updates to this?

The last MS rep I chatted with confirmed that I was eligible for the reward but that there was nothing he could do without my contacting psyonix as well as contacting someone here.
