Extended console ban?

Discus and support Extended console ban? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I had a communications ban on oct 14, then console ban on oct 15. the first one was said to be over oct 28, and the second on oct 29. ive waited 4...     So I had a communications ban on oct 14, then console ban on oct 15. the first one was said to be over oct 28, and the second on oct 29. ive waited 4 days for my multiplayer to start working and it still says cant play due to past behavior. in the past I
    would just reset my xbox and everything would start working again. so I'm really confused as to why I still cant play.. if I could get a call from the enforcement team that would be awesome. because for me to be banned over a man threatening my life is ridiculous.

    Anyone had a replacement recently

    MS will always cover your original or replacement console anyway. I guess the only advantage of the extended warranty is accidental damage but most will have that covered on their household insurance, albeit with an excess. Not sure if Game's extended warranty has an excess for accidental?

    Extended console ban?

    This might help fix the issue.

    Remove/delete the account that was banned from your console.

    Then power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off

    Restart the console and recover the account.

    I've had reports saying that these steps fix the issue.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums & will not call you anyway.

    From what you've said it's possible you have had an extension put on your suspension due to other violations of the ToU/CoC being discovered.

    You can check on the enforcement site
    here     but if it's 100 day extension it will not show on the enforcement site.

    You can contact support
    here     & they should be able to tell you whether your suspension has been extended but will not be able to do anything about it.

    I got banned and my ban should over but i still can't access anything

    Double check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure the ban wasn't extended.

    If that's not it, try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-add the account.
