Extended access for extended family for children to play online

hi

i am looking for a way that my 9 year old son can play with his cousins online on their Xboxes (accross the internet) but so that no one else can play with them and they can only play with each other. Really I would like to give access to my son to contact
and play with the other two.

is that possible?

It depends on the game. Some games will offer private matches not accessible to the public and can only by invited to join by the host (your son).

 

And they would all need Xbox Live.
