    Express Shipping Problem


    I recently ordered a new Xbox elite series 2 wireless controller online on Thursday, April 2nd through express shipping to my house. For express, it says 1-2 business days for it to be sent, yet my estimated delivery is April 21st. 1-2 business days should
    be at maximum Monday, April 6th. Why am I paying almost $17 for express shipping when it is estimated to be standard shipping? Why is it not estimated to be here in 1-2 business days like I paid for it to be?

    Kind of the way of the world right now. I wouldn't expect quick shipping on anything nonessential until this whole thing is sorted out. You might be able to request a refund though. Good luck

    Was this order through Microsoft.com? There are massive shipping delays right now due to COVID-19, so unfortunately it is to be expected. I would however reach out to whichever retailers support team to see if you can get a refund for the express shipping.

    Ordered a Series X Bundle, only the controller is arriving today…

    Also, express shipping doesn't mean they'll ship it out faster. That's the option they choose when they actually ship it to you instead of ground for example which typically takes longer.
