Export Rock Band (1) to Rock Band 4

I'm trying to export the soundtrack from Rock Band 1 to Rock Band 4. It was just made available last week. Here are the instructions that Harmonix (the developers of Rock Band) has written on their site:

    • Sign in to the Xbox account with which you originally purchased theRock Band Song Export Key. Rock Band (1) export songs are only available on Xbox One to Xbox account holders who purchased this product previously on Xbox 360.
    • On the Xbox One Home screen, navigate to the Xbox Live Marketplace
    • Navigate to Games.
    • Select the magnifying glass icon for “Search all games.”
    • In the search field that appears, enter the name of the song you want to download. (For example, search for “Suffragette City”.)
    • On the result screen, select the Rock Band 4 add-on that appears for that content.
    • This will open the offer for that song. If you are entitled to download it, you will see an option which says “Install.” Selecting that will install the song. If you are NOT entitled to the song, the offer will instead read “Bundle Only,” and will not
give you the option to install.
When I check the songs I get the "Bundle Only" button but I exported Rock Band 1 back in 2008 and should therefore be eligible for the download.

This is what Harmonix also wrote on their page:

You are entitled to the Rock Band (1) export if you previously purchased and exported Rock Band (1) on the same profile within the same console family. Previously purchasing the export is the only way to be entitled to download the Rock Band (1) songs
and export them into Rock Band 4.Rock Band (1) export was available for five years and has since expired.

Harmonix has no way to reference any personal information stored in your first-party account, as this information is handled exclusively by Sony or Microsoft, depending on your console of choice. If you would like to verify that you are entitled to the Rock
Band (1) export, please check your account’s Purchase History, or contact Sony
    Customer Support
orMicrosoft Customer Support for further assistance.

I checked my purchase history just to be sure it's there. "Rock Band Song Export Key"
downloaded on 2008-12-06. I also used your chat function and chatted with a staff member of the support team. They were not able to help me and pointed me in your direction. So here I am Export Rock Band (1) to Rock Band 4 :)

    Got any suggestions?

    All the best,

    Benjamin (Gamertag )

    :)

Rock band export keys not working in Rock Band 4

I am attempting to import into Rock Band 4 my songs from Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2, and Lego Rock Band. My download history as shown in
Sign in to your Microsoft account shows export keys for all 3. However following the links goes to a missing / bad page, such as : https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/...port-Key/00000000-0000-400c-80cf-009945410829

Consequently, I am unable to import these songs into Rock Band 4. Please inform me of the correct links and how to fix this problem. Thanks.

This did work for me. I think it's an incredibly stupid way to have to do it. Surely if Microsoft was proud of the games on their platform, and the content that goes with them, they'd make it simpler. Don't you WANT us to enjoy your games?

Rockband 3 just showed up in the Rockband 4 game under get more songs/exports. The absence of rockband 1 and 2 there made me think that something was wrong, and I'd need support to access them. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought so. So making it
more user friendly to access this content would reduce customer support costs.

  7. Hey there, both rb1 and rb2 songs are listed as bundle only, but they have been exported to rb3 on the 360. Can you advise?
