Je voudrais des explications sur ma sanction vu qu'il est impossible de joindre le service "Enforcement" ni tel, ni mail et pas de forum comme annoncé.

Bonjour, Microsoft vous me devez des explications au plus vite ! Mon compte principal étant banni pour communication je décide de jouer sur un compte secondaire afin de pouvoir parler avec des amis : la journée se termine normalement et j'ai pu parler grâce
mon compte non banni. Il est 23h30, sur le point d'aller me coucher je découvre que l'intégralité de mes comptes sont banni de communication pour AUCUNE raison valable (même les smurf que je n'utilise plus depuis longtemps sont ban) alors je vous le demande

Ban abusif

Bonjour, j'ai été ban 1 jour pour un mauvais comportement survenu le 17/02. Après cet sanction et ayant compris mon mauvais comportement je n'ai pas renvoyé de message sur le live et hier j'ai reçu un nouveau ban d'une semaine provenant du 17/02 également.
Pourquoi ce nouveau ban ?
