    Hello I submitted an investigation into a complaint on a linked family account asking for the information on why it was muted from services I received no information only that it was upheld? Any information would be helpful thank you.

    Account unjustly muted

    my account was unjustly muted when responding to a player who was ruining the game for multiple players after he changed teams and cursed my team out and left. i would like to know why i was muted but not him as well....

    Ah thanks Smwutches for letting me know. Yeah it just gave a whole list of reasons for it so wasn't sure exactly why, shame I shall never know haha!

    You need to post this in my account suspension there you can get a full explanation from the XBLPET team as to why your account was suspended.
