Explain the Reason

I would like to know if somebody can explain the reason as to why I can no longer put my debit card onto my account. Nor can anybody at this point because apparently very recently there was a change that went into progress that at this point in time, the
use of all debit cards is not permitted(or varies per region). Something along those lines is said on the support somewhere on the xbox site. The fun thing is, "the use of all" means that some can still use their debit card because it was already on their
account. Which makes absolutely no sense in my opinion. So why was this change made, and when is it going to change back. I'm fairly annoyed after finding out about this change because I mainly use my debit card for buying stuff. And as of now, there's
no quick way to buy things without waiting a millennia to transfer money to a paypal account and possibly miss things like deals with gold. You can't even add it as a payment option when you go through the actual xbox site and click on the deal with gold.
It's plain stupid.

Since 26th September

-How are you attempting to access the page - PC, Mobile, console?

Have tried all 3

-What browser you are using?

Tried Chrome, Edge and Android browser.

-How long is your suspension?

The suspension on my sons's account is until 10th October. My account has no suspension.

Neither account can login.

-Are you still unable to access the page?

Yes, As I said in my threas I found a workaround where if i log into xbox.com first then click on the link in the enforcement email it will bring up the case review page. However at top right it still says "Sign in" and therefor the site/browser doesn't
think I'm logged in so no case details show up.

Going direct to the Enforcement and logging in does nothing, It attempts it, but then just resolves back to same page with "sign in" instead of you name/avatar.

What happens when you try to log into the Enforcement website? You should still be able to log in so if you're getting an error, could you provide that information to us please?
