Expiring credit on Netherlands account

Hello,

I have the following problem;

Last year I bought xbox credits to buy games as soon as the xbox one would be released in the Netherlands, unfortunately the release was cancelled, now the xbox one will be released in September. I was looking in my account and saw there was an expiring
date on the money (28 august) so this would mean that I loose 201,60 in my account because the xbox one was delayed... Apart from that, as far as I know it is not legal for money to expire in the Netherlands.

Nope. I created another profile and it works. My cash credit on my original account expiring soon and still no news.

 

Very bad support of Xbox - Billing and extending Xbox Live

Basically if you have a Netherlands account but live in beliguim you need to migrate to belguim and remove the Netherlands creditcard and put a Belgium credit card instead

 

Sorry but as this is a billing issue no one on the forums will be able to help you in this situation. You would need to contact phone support again.
