Expired xbox gold code

Hi

I'm looking for a bit of advise, back in August I purchase 3 months gold with 3 months free from game.

I tried today to use the code and I get an error message saying that the code has expired. is there anything I can do to re-activate the code. its never been used but Game cant help me they have told me to contact Xbox/Microsoft.

help please

Near the code there An expiration date

And that is when it's invalid and can not be used

Problem with Xbox Live Gold code

Hi! In this case I'd try to contact Game Stop and see if there is any expiration date on the code. Xbox Live Gold codes that are sold usually don't expire nowadays so that seems a bit odd.

Game should have informed you that the code had a 30 use by date when you purchased it. Unfortunatly now it is expired I don't think it can be renewed

Usually the pre paid codes have a limit date to insert them, if you got him digitally is only 1 month if is physically is more.

But you can contact Official Xbox Support but I not think they will be able to reactivate it.

If you have acquired an Xbox Live Gold code, I would check to see what the expiration date says on it. And just make sure to redeem it before the code expires!

If there is an expiration date on the code, it should say so on the card that has the code on it. Usually, its on the fine print areas. However, if you already have gold, then the code will not work anyways. it will only work if the gold account has expired
(at least in my experience).

We understand the confusion regarding Xbox Live Gold Codes expiration dates. Some games or console bundles may include a prepaid code for a 2-, 3-, or 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial. This trial starts as soon as you activate the prepaid card. However,
when it says the code is expired, it is because the code is no longer active. It's like how you could buy food, but it is no longer good after the expiration date given.

When the code says it is already redeemed, then that means it was used by someone.

Unfortunately, Xbox Support may not be able to replace the
Xbox Live Gold Trial Subscription. If the code was expired right out the box, I would recommend contacting the retailer it was purchased from. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, if it was just that the code was not entered right
away despite having it already then you would need to purchase Xbox Live Gold for the account.
