    I have two free xbox live 3 month subscriptions codes that have expired. When I purchased them, there was not any indication that the codes would expire. Please advise

    Xbox live active but not for on line games

    I have expired the subscription in 05 12 2017 and today i proceeded to

    insert new code . Despite having active subscription notification i do

    not have access to online games....why? Thanks

    My Xbox Live subscription expired yesterday November 24 and I forgot it expired when I press sign in then it says my subscription expired it said renew or revert free or something so I press b which is back I believe now I can see my friends but my subscription
    expired yesterday how I'm I still getting on?

    Hi, sorry to hear that happened. I'd advise you to contact the retailer from which you obtained the codes and let them know what happened to see if they are able to replace them. If you got them from Microsoft/Xbox, you can contact Official Xbox Support
