    Hello,

    I have just bought an xbox one s console that contained voucher codes for 3 xbox products. 2 of the voucher products from inside the box worked, but one of them did not. I am having issues with an 14 days free xbox live gold code. After trying to validate
    the code using the console i have received the and error that the product is Expired. error code 8NLVHIXPjEu/e3tW.3.1.6.9 as you can see in the picture i have attached.

    I have tried to activate the product also using a browser version but could not. the error using the browser was that the product was supposed to be activated on other activation page.

    Please offer support.

    Yeah, codes that come bundled with consoles or are rewarded to you do come with an expiry date. They usually have the date on the card, but if this one doesn't then contacting Xbox support would be the best option, so they can help you activate it. Xbox

    All xbox live codes have an expiration date. If the code has expired there is nothing you can do

    Do xbox live live subscription bought on amazon expire if not use.

    No Xbox Live code you buy doesn't expired. Only promotional codes do and they have the expiration date on them so you are good.

    Every xbox live code has an expiration date that is 365 days from the issue date. Seems you have let your code to expire

    Unfortunately it looks like this code has indeed expired on 4/11, and the Xbox Live message you received with the code does note the expiration date. Since the code has expired, unfortunately we are unable to assist further with this issue.

    If you have acquired an Xbox Live Gold code, I would check to see what the expiration date says on it. And just make sure to redeem it before the code expires! :)
