    Hello, I bought an xbox one in Spain with the promotion of the game Fifa 17 and a promotional code of 1 month of EA access, the problem is that the code was expired and from the technical support in Spain I have not received any solution after writing several
    mail, I am very disappointed with the situation. :-(

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they can exchange it.

    No one here on the forums would be able to replace the code and Xbox Support in the states would only be able to check on the status of the code.

    Also, some of the codes, like for Xbox Live, are region locked.

    You're best bet would be to try and reach out to the support in Spain.

    As mentioned in the message you received, the EA Access codes do expire after the date that is detailed in the Xbox Live message you received. Once a code has expired, we are unable to replace the code. Please be sure to redeem any codes that come in to
    avoid any expiration dates there may be.

    Those are the games available with EA Access, you can play all of them as long as you have the subscription EA Access, so if the time expires, you wont be able to play them again. I guess that you have received a code with your Xbox One. Download the app
    EA Access and check it out. Enjoy them!
