Expired Currency

Hi,

I received an e-mail informing me that I had Xbox Currency that was expiring soon. I was told that it would expire on March 11th, but I've checked an it's already expired. My understanding of expiring on March 11th meant that I would have until the end
of the 11th to spend it.

I've lost $3.46, which I would have put towards an Arcade title to buy today. Is there anyway I can be reissued that money?

Hi. Had currency I got from Microsoft rewards expire last month and wondering if Microsoft would consider crediting it back to me.

I bought a $5 xbox currency with the points you get from Microsoft rewards, by searching bing and taking the quizzes and things.

I've tried chatting with 2 different Microsoft people and did not get anywhere.
