    Xbox Live Gold Free Trial

    My son received a new Xbox One S today for his birthday, we purchased it from Walmart. It came with a 14 day free trial of Xbox Live (which was one of the reasons we purchased it) but whenever we went to set it up and redeem the code, it is giving me an
    error message and saying the code is expired. How would it be expired when we JUST purchased it??

    Mark your calendar because on your birthday they will give you 20 Microsoft points!! if you save them over 40 years you'll actually have enough to purchase an arcade game. Oh, scratch that....points expire over time.

    Emails don't expire and if you forgot the password call Microsoft support they can recover it for you and if the birthday you put on your child account is older than 18 years you can remove parental control but you will need to know the info of the parent
    account.
