    Expired 3 months music pass from rewards


    I got a 1 month and a 3-month groove music code as a reward from Microsoft Rewards Points. I immediately used the 1 month code and was waiting to activate the 3 month rewards until the 1 month one was used up. When i tried to activate the 3 month reward,
    it said it was expired. I'd like to get the expiry extended, or given a replacement code, because in the confirmation email there was no mention of any expiry date at all. Here is the email:

    Trouble with Groove prepaid code

    Hello,

    I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards Points to get 3 months of Groove music and 1 month of Groove music a few months ago. I tried to redeem them today and it stated they were expired. Can I please get a refund of my points or get Xbox live instead. I know Microsoft
    is sending out emails to people who redeemed for Grooves passes, but I did mine a while ago so I might not get it. Here's a case number for more reference 1401577157

    I need help with the Grove Music pass 4 month trial

    On Aug 31, 2017 I bought the Groove Music Pass 4 month free trial. The description said that I would receive my 3 month code in a few weeks. shortly after I placed that order I bought a 3 month Groove music pass using rewards points, and a 1 month pass for
    100 points. I never received my three month for the 4 month sign up. How can I get this resolved?

    I received the code via mail, as it came with the controller itself. There was a card that the code came on.
