  1. Experiencing major issue with add-ons, please help

Alright, so, I've had Dragon Age: Inquisition for quite a long time now. I have made multiple different save files and played it quite a lot. I bought the Game of the Year edition, and have had the add-ons downloaded onto it since
I started playing. However, I recently bought a second Xbox One (there's a reason why I feel the need to have two, but I'm not going to elaborate for the sake of not wasting anyone's time. Also, to avert any confusion, I'll refer to my original Xbox One as Xbox1,
and my brand new Xbox One as Xbox2), and I would like to be able to continue my game from where I left off on Xbox1. I've been under the impression that it was possible to do this if I went to "Personalization" in "Settings", went to "My home Xbox", and selected
"Make this my home Xbox". Also, that I made sure the data synced correctly, I played the game with the same disk, and was logged in as myself when I played the games. So, that's exactly what I did. I downloaded and installed Dragon Age: Inquisition using my
own account (), I go to "My Games and Apps" to download the add-ons, and I don't see them anywhere.

I do a quick Google search to see what the issue is, and I find out that you need to be logged in with the account that originally downloaded the add-ons to be able to redownload them on a different Xbox One without having to pay for them again. I've always
shared Xbox1 with my dad, and I realized that he most likely downloaded the add-ons onto Xbox1 with
his account. So, I sign in to his account on Xbox2, go to My Games and Apps, and I see that the add-ons have appeared. I'm thinking, great, now this should work! I download and install them seemingly without a problem, so I log out of his account,
log back in as myself, and open up Dragon Age: Inquisition. It syncs the data from Xbox1 just fine, and when I look, all of my save files appear to be there. I try to continue my game, and I get this error message: "Unable to load save data as required
downloadable content is missing. Please download the content again. [followed up by a list of all of the add-ons I should have, in fact, the ones that I literally just installed, meaning, Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, Trespasser, Spoils of
the Avvar, and Spoils of the Qunari.]
" At this point, I'm super confused. I go back to "Games & Apps", and, yeah, when I click "Manage" on Dragon Age: Inquisition, they're showing up just fine in the "Installed" section. So, I start to troubleshoot,

I reboot the system multiple times, and get no results. I think that maybe it's not working because I installed it using my dad's account, so, logged in with my account, I uninstall
everything, including the game itself, and reinstall it all (which took almost an entire day, mind you), and it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever. I log in using my dad's account. Strangely enough, when I open up the game, I get a bunch of
pop-ups saying that all of the add-ons have finished installing, even though I already got the exact same pop-ups when I downloaded them in the first place. I think maybe that fixed the problem, but I try to load up one of his saves to see if it works, but
nope, I got the exact same error message as before. So, I assume that the problem has nothing to do with my account. I even created an entirely new save file, and played all the way through the tutorial, just to see if the add-ons were showing up, and it was
the save files that were the problem. As it turns out, they're not, because when I walk up to the chest that usually has the loot from the "Spoils of the Qunari" and "Spoils of the Avvar" add-on, the prompt to open the chest doesn't show up.

I have been trying to get this to work for days on end, and making no progress. This is incredibly frustrating to me, because I really don't want to have to play the game without the add-ons,
or have to start a completely new save file to be able to play Dragon Age: Inquisition on Xbox2 at all. I just really want to be able to play this game, from where I left off, with the add-ons. I genuinely don't understand what I could have done wrong,
or why this process has taken so painstakingly long. I'm desperate, at this point.

I would appreciate any advice or theories that you can offer. Thank you so much in advance. Also, I apologize for any typos or grammar mistakes.

    :)

  2. Issue with Skyrim Add Ons

Hi, I'm becoming more and more frustrated with my Xbox lately. Today I tried to re-download all of the add ons for Skyrim (Hearthfire, Dragonborn, and Dawnguard) but they aren't showing up on the 'Add Ons' section on the Skyrim start menu. I purchased all
three around January with a credit card through my Xbox Live account onto my external hard drive. They worked originally, but my Xbox recently deleted everything off its internal memory and left me with nothing. *I copy and pasted my old post detailing what
    happened with that below.

The add ons are all on my external hard drive and seem fine. But every time I start Skyrim, the Add Ons section just says 'No Add Ons Downloaded' despite everything I do to fix it. I've tried everything to re-install these add ons to my Skyrim game. I deleted
them, re-downloaded them, cleared my cache multiple times, took my hard drive out and put it back in, deleted and re-installed my Xbox Live profile, deleted my Marketplace cache, I even updated my licenses even though this was the Xbox (and profile) I bought
them on. I feel like I've tried everything I've found and now I'm at a loss. Please help!

*Here is my post about losing everything off my Xbox. I'm not sure if it's related to this problem with the Add Ons:

(So I have a 4GB Xbox 360 and out of nowhere this morning, it seems to have deleted all of my profiles. I went to turn it on and it skipped the sign-in page completely, which was when I realized the 3 profiles and one Xbox Live profile were completely gone.
It prompted me to update (which I did) but that didn't help. It prompted me to update a second time and that didn't help either. I then tried to re-download my Xbox Live profile onto the Memory Unit and it gave me an error message (80070570). So then I tried
taking out my external hard drive, which did nothing, but I could re-download my Xbox Live profile onto that hard drive without a problem.

When I go into storage, my Memory Unit still says I have a significant amount of space used up, but when I click on it, all the categories (Games & Apps, Profiles, etc.) all say 0KB. Clearly my external hard drive seems fine, but my Xbox's Memory Unit seems
to have completely wiped itself out overnight. I have a lot of saves on those other non-Xbox Live profiles and I really need to know if there's any way of getting that data back without having to lose it all reformatting. I'm having a hard time finding the
right answer online and I'd appreciate some help!)

  3. Issue with Skyrim Add Ons

Hey there, CosmicInbalance! Oh, man, am I very sorry to see the situation you're in! You've definitely done a lot of troubleshooting, so I mostly have some clarification questions for you that may help shed some light on what you're running into.

You state that your console initially gave an error code and all of your information was cleared out. I am sorry to see that happened to you! When this happened, did you format your console and was it fine again? Or did you have to send it in for repair
and you recently got it back? This will help nail some things down.

Your DLC is on an external hard drive, but is the game there, too? Is it on a different hard drive or the internal memory? If they are on separate storage devices, I suggest making sure they are both on the same device and launching the game after that.

Get back to me with the clarification questions and if the game and DLC are separated. We'll get to the bottom of this so that you can access your DLC! Experiencing major issue with add-ons, please help :)

    Major connection issues- please help!

To solve the issue you are experiencing I suggest you to remove the account from your console, clear the console cache and download your account again. Follow the step by step instructions:

a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select All Settings.

    Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove.

    Select Remove to confirm.

    When you're finished, select Close.

    b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:
