Experiencing any Problems with your Xbox?

My Xbox one wont load just stuck at a green screen for hours sometimes I can get past it but then the console freezes and I cant do anything all solutions I have tried to do all three Offline updates none of them worked and I have contacted Microsoft support
still have not resolved my issue as well I am in the Xbox one preview program. HELP ME.

That's nonsense, smileskybird! Xbox Live does *not* categorically go down "quite frequently". In fact, they perform regular maintenance 24/7 WHILE THE NETWORK IS LIVE. They categorically do *not* take the network offline (unlike the competition), because
this is the gold standard for online services. You shoulda known that beanhead! 🙂

Have u tried to clear your System catche on your harddrive?Try that.When i get lag and my xbox is slow i do that and it works pretty good after.I havent had any problems as of lately.
