Experiencing a black screen every time I power my xbox

I'm experiencing something the community calls "The black screen of death." Basically for those who don't know what a black screen of death is, it's when you get a blank screen after a green screen with the xbox logo. I've followed all the advice given to
me online but it hasn't helped. I'm looking for more up to date advice or someone who has shared the same experience and has fixed it.

Youtube app freezing my xbox

I am also experiencing a lot of freezing while using this app, it happens every single time I decide to stop watching a video and go back to the main youtube menu. Basically just by pressing 'B' the screen just goes black and the whole system becomes unresponsive
until I manually power it off.

 

Factory Reset Every 3-4 Days

I try to power cycle it as my first step every time this happens, still boots to green screen and then goes black.

 

That is a hardware failure and I suggest you to send that console for repairs. You can file a request for repairs here:
