expansion disappeared

Discus and support expansion disappeared in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I own the game call of duty vlack ops 3 and the Zombie Chronicle expansion but the expansions are not showing up like maps and stuff.     expansion disappeared


    I own the game

    call of duty vlack ops 3 and the Zombie Chronicle expansion but the

    expansions are not showing up like maps and stuff. I do not know if it is because we bought the game in live gold and we are without or if there was any problem at all? Sorry for the error. I'm not fluent in English!

    Contact official support to get info on why the expansion disappeared.

    error code: "Something went wrong" AND MY MONEY IS GONE NOW!!!

    first I couldn't buy the destiny expansion pass It says "Something went wrong" AND NOW MY $50 HAVE GONE OR DISAPPEARED!!!

    why is this happening to me pleas help me.

    Check the my games and app section if the DLC is correctly installed.

    Hi there expansion disappeared :)

    first: don't worry about writing errors expansion disappeared ;)

    Second: it's better if you contact the official support to see with them what's going on with your purchase...

    But first check under the "games and apps" tab, then select COD black ops 3 and look to expansion category if you can download it expansion disappeared ;)

    Are you saying you've purchased the DLC multiple times, as in paid money multiple times on one account? Or purchased it once only to have the content disappear from your hard drive so you've had to download it again?

    Have you successfully played the Rise of Iron expansion yet, or has it failed to install each time you've purchased it?
