Exo Zombies

I've downloaded the Season Pass for the Exo Zombies game mode, but every-time I try to enter it, it says I need additional content, but I already have the Season Pass, and that's all it says I need to download. I've already discussed it with Xbox Support
in live chat, but the suggestions they gave me didn't work, and the one I haven't tried is deleting/re-adding my account, but to me its not worth it, I've already tried switching to a MAC address, and doing the Power-Cycle, and deleting/re-downloading the
season pass, nothing has worked. If anyone knows how to fix this, PLEASE tell me.

Je n'arrive pas a lancer exo-zombie du pack havoc de cod , j'ai les 4 cartes et l'arme mes impossibles de lancer exo-zombie quelqu'un peut m'aider ?

 

Mine does the same thing if u figure it out let me know or ill do the same

 

Xbox support gave me a number for Activision told me to call them number was disconnected new number is 3102552050 open from 11-8 Mon thru Fri ill be callin Monday lol

 

Yeah I'm sure Activision may be able to help, but Xbox One games in general have allot of error issues, between not being able to join my friends Far Cry 4 game, or being able to find any online GTA5 matches, and having a hard time getting into invite only
matches in general, I wont be surprised if Activision as no solution for the problem yet, although its very very fast and convenient, it is a very complicated console. I haven't even tried to play Sunset Override yet, which is the only other game I have for
Xbox One at the moment, don't wanna see what issues I have with it yet lol. Thanks for the number though, if you call and find a solution please let me know, I'd appreciate it.

 

The problem I have with the Xbox One zombies is once I start the solo gameplay, the sound goes off..and after a while it lags...I have a great connection and zombies works on my Xbox 360 just fine, AFTER I deleted my profile and all that other garbage...I
dunno if anyone else has run into the problems that I'm having with my Xbox One, and if so, how they were able to fix it

 

For anyone having this issue, all you have to do is download the Havoc dlc, I downloaded my Season Pass before the store layout update so I didn't realize you had to download the individual map to get acess to Zobomies, I thought the zombies mode was just
part of the season pass and not the map pack, so if anyone had the same issue as me/him, try downloading or re-downloading Havoc.

 

Hello, if you go onto there Twitter page there has been an update about zombies, there Devlopment group are looking into this, they want bugs reported to them as well, so they can deal with all the bugs in game. But they will a screenshot or video for the
bug, there support live chat isn't at the moment. But yo are able to talk to them over the phone. But Twitter is the fastest way to talk them thanks
