Much easier to go well with teammates, but even after you only have two people against scrandies it becomes a bit of a teamstack, guaranteed win every match. Not fun for the other team.

I happen to be a very private person.

I used a mic once and only once during my first foray into on-line play. I've never accepted or sent a game invite. I prefer random lobbies and tend to leave at the end of every match.

Everyone plays their own way and no one way is better. But I prefer to play Horde and Beast private matches only, because coordination is key and I can do that with friends who have mics. @EpicCog said for every public horde match there were 2 private matches
which just shows most people who do have a core group of friends to play Horde with will play that way. I think this is why they didn't release them public right off the bat, knowing they will be available to everyone in 3 weeks.

I tend to respond if someone says "Hi' or something when I am lone wolfing it. Otherwise, I am in a party chat with 2 other teammates and unless you send me a message or i see your mic icon flashing constantly throughout the match, I won't send you a party
invite.
