    Exiting Xbox 360 Arcade Title by Going to Dashboard


    Hello All,



    Is it safe to exit an Xbox 360 Arcade title downloaded from Xbox Live - the game has its own "Exit Game" option in its Main Menu - by pressing the Guide button and then pressing the Y button to exit to the Dashboard?



    (I know exiting a game this way is fine for disc-based games- and that you can lose unsaved progress in any event- but want to confirm that exiting this way is okay for downloaded titles that have their own "Exit Game" option in
    their Main Menu.)



    I did that recently (on the "Press Start to Continue" screen, before getting to the Select Storage screen) when I opened the Arcade title for the first time, and want to ensure that I did not cause any damage/harm by exiting in
    this manner. Obviously, going forward, I will be exiting this game through its “Exit Game” option in its Main Menu.

    No issue with the title update for me. Are you returning to the main menu before exiting the game or going straight to the dashboard?

    Yes it's perfectly safe. You can exit from the game or from pressing the guide button and pressing y.

    Exiting the game....

    There is no exit to title screen I this game. You can either just quick save with Ifruit or Drone which ever character you are, and after it saves just go to dashboard.
