    Hi, I discovered today that I apparently still pay for the XBOX live service that I finished a year ago but it has been deducted from my bank card anyway, but I find nothing when I log in with my email address at xbox.com. My son had an account I paid

    I forgot to add this part. When trying to log into both games on Xbox Live, I get the message 'Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again.' It will never connect or sign in, but when I exit the game it instantly connects to the Xbox

    Help

    I appreciate you letting me know. Kindly follow these steps:

    1. Press Windows + R, type “services.msc” in the dialogue box and press Enter.

    2. Once in services, look for the following entries:

    Xbox Accessory Management Service

    Xbox Live Auth Manager

    Xbox Live Game Save

    Xbox Live Networking Service

    3. Right-click on them one by one and select Properties.

    4. Set the startup type as Automatic and Start the service. Press Apply to save changes and exit.

    After that try and sign in again.

    A way i often use to speed up the install times is 1. unplug any Ethernet cables and connect from xbox live, 2. Sign-out of xbox live and exit any games or apps (on the dash press start then exit over what you want to exit) 3. put the game in and install.
    Always works for me and the install is done in 5-45 minutes. (depending on game size)
