    Thanks for reporting! Just a heads up, I removed the original Xbox One Dashboard picture from your post as it contained your Microsoft Account email address, but we kept note of what you saw on that page. Could you select the 'Terms & Conditions' tab on
    the promotion page and include a screenshot of that page as well? That will help us get this properly looked into.

    As a follow up question, which page are you brought to after selecting 'Renew Gold Now' within the promotion page? Are you brought to that Xbox Live Gold benefits page with 'Games with Gold' shown in your last screenshot?

    Hi Mister Beep!

    In the pictures previously posted you saw my gamertag and the deal because a customer agent told me to take the pictures like that to be sure the deal offer was for me and also you saw that information in every picture taken.

    When i chose 'renew gold now' the system sent me to 'games with gold' and i chose the 'extend' tab but the prices were standard prices (attached picture).

    The picture that you requested was taken the same day of the deal and also the other pictures but i dont have a picture of the terms and conditions because nobody told me to take it and right now that deal banner do not appear anymore because it took so
    long to receive a reply.

    I need your help because i want to resolve this situation
