Exclusive licensing possibility?

OK so I get what the licensing is all about when it comes to the dlc but isn't there something Microsoft can do about the dlc when it comes to being able to use it all on the same Xbox over multiple profiles such as mine, my wife's or my son's profiles,
isn't there some kind of exclusive linked license Microsoft can come up with so that it can be used over the other profiles without having the main account signed in all the time?

NFL 2K15 would make a great XBOX exclusive!

"Under the terms of the deal, EA agreed not to sign exclusive licensing contracts with the Arena Football League or for the now-defunct NCAA Football series. The settlement did not affect EA's Madden franchise, for which EA's exclusive licensing agreement
expires this year."

It sounds like they could still pay the NFL for an exclusive deal and just pay another 27 million in legal fees, considering they probably make a lot more than that in profits on the game.

Forza 4 Where is PORCHE????

So far Porche has declined to license their cars for Forza Motorsport 4 in the wake of their exclusive licensing deal with EA.

This is the way that licensing is supposed to work. If you purchase a game on your gamertag and on the console that you are currently using then all gamertags should be able to access it on that console without your tag being signed in.

If you have changed consoles at some point in the past then you should do a License Transfer and then redownload the licenses for the games (no need to delete them first) to move the licenses over to that console. If others use your games without your tag
being signed in then you should try a license transfer to that console anyway.

Apparently, yes...RUF will be in FM4. There are rumors going around that EA's exclusivity license expires soon (end of this year? Sometime next year? No one seems to know for sure), and there may be a possibility of Porsche DLC as a result. But that's
all purely speculation at this point, as far as I can tell.

You don't buy games over the Marketplace, you buy a license. That license is non-exclusive and the terms of the license can be changed at any time.
