Exclamation mark on some of my avatar awards?

Same problem with the Avatar award items here.

The items for me are Sombrero, Gentleman's Attire and red posse T-Shirt

I am in the US, on a fat Xbox, running Read Dead Redemption original. Started playing a few days ago. Had both male and female avatars on the system with the same problem.

when I goto avatar editor it has an update screen I do it but the Read dead Avatar award Items don't work, just an exclamation mark is in the box. I tried deleting and reinstalling does not work.

sorry if i'm spamming but took a chance and looked at all my items.. even though the update doesn't work you can still edit the avatar.. so i went through all the rewards and clothes and made a list of all the ones that appear in the editor with an exclamation
mark.. then went to the harddrive and deleted all those.. then went back into avatar editor and now they redownloaded and i'm not asked to update avatar items.. must have been a corrupted item download.. give this a try should fix your problem.. DB

it was two of red demption online avatar awards that was corrupted.

Any solution to this problem yet?

As for the problem itself, the items don't even show up in my avatar item list, I don't even have the exclamation marks.

I have the GotY version and my account region is Hong Kong.

An exclamation mark normally means the content is corrupted. If you got to your storage there is a section labeled "Avatar Items". Check in there to see if you can find it. If you do, try deleting and redownloading.
